Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

This policy explains how SVN Agency and the independent agent whose page you use collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

Information we collect

We may collect identifiers and contact details; date of birth and government identifiers such as Social Security, driver license, tax, and insurance-license numbers; household, employment, income, asset, debt, bank, payment, and retirement information; health, medical, tobacco, prescription, and insurance information; beneficiary and dependent information; signatures, consent records, form answers, and communications; and basic device and request data such as IP address and timestamps.

How we collect it

We collect information directly from you or an authorized agent through this website and its forms. Information typed into an unfinished form may be saved only in that browser so the agent can continue later. We may also receive information from carriers, service providers, and referral partners when needed to provide requested services.

Why we use it

We use personal information to respond to requests, perform financial-needs and suitability reviews, prepare and process insurance or annuity applications, support agent onboarding and licensing, maintain CRM records, assign follow-up work, prevent duplicate submissions and fraud, comply with legal obligations, and operate and secure the service.

Who receives it

We may disclose information to the assigned licensed agent and authorized agency staff; insurance carriers, underwriting and licensing partners; CRM, hosting, document, communications, and security service providers; professional advisers; and government or regulatory authorities when required. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Sensitive information

Forms may request highly sensitive information only when needed for the selected workflow. Completed answers are written to the agency CRM. A complete PDF can be downloaded to the agent device; it is not uploaded to public media storage. The CRM receives only a non-sensitive completion cover sheet in public media storage. Do not submit information unless you are authorized to do so.

Retention and security

We retain records as reasonably needed for the purposes above and for insurance, licensing, legal, audit, and dispute requirements. We use access controls, encrypted transport, and limited system permissions, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to identity verification and legal retention exceptions, by contacting info@dreamteamgfi.com or (559) 396-3455. California residents may also request information about collection, use, and disclosure and will not be discriminated against for exercising applicable rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising, there is no sale/share opt-out link.

Browser signals and children

We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Where legally required, we process an applicable opt-out preference signal. This service is not directed to children under 13; information about dependents must be supplied by an authorized adult.

Changes

We may update this policy as practices or law change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted here and, when appropriate, communicated directly.
